Guide to Kratom Servings & Consumption Methods
Following is a short guide to kratom servings and different ways to consume kratom.

Serving Sizes
Effects vary per person's mass, regularity of consumption and other factors. Always start small.
Roughly:
- 1 teaspoon of kratom powder
- 3 capsules

Modes of Kratom Consumption
- Kratom users report best effects when consumed on an empty stomach
- Kratom is potentiated (effects feel stronger) when paired with acidic substances (lemon, lime, apple cider vinegar)
- Toss n' Wash: Use a spoon, wash down with water or preferred beverage (uncarbonated).
- Smoothies/Shakes: Mix kratom powder into your smoothies or a shake with preferred ingredients.
- Kratom Tea: Boil water, stir in kratom powder, add honey or sweetener of choice.
